Jason Dougan and Ben Taylor were the first real Team fielded by Moto Vision Racing and in its first Year as Privateers Dougan became the youngest winner of a British Championship round and finished a credible 4th in the Championship.
2004: The Team stepped up to World Championship level and even on a small budget made a big impact with Estonian sensation Tanel Leok riding a two stroke 250 against the Factory 4 strokes finished 6th in the World and 3rd in the British Championship.
Since then Dougan returned and went again due to budget restraints, Neville Bradshaw served the Team well for a number of Years mounting the podium in British Motocross as well as Supercross races. Yoshi Atsuta and Jussi Vehvelainen have been and gone and at times showed promise but the circumstances didn't allow Team or riders to get what they all wanted, results to match the effort put into racing at the highest level.
2007: Fork Rent PLC gave the Team the platform to work from and allow us to concentrate on building two riders with big potential Jake Nicholls and Jason Dougan into what they can be which are riders with big futures. Moto Vision Racing Development (MVR-D) was formed this year to build a business which would put something back into the Team as well as let people with RMZ 250's to begin with take advantage of the hours and hours spent on the DEP Dyno and at tracks across Europe.
2008: SUSO drinks took the title of the Team. The structure behind the name change has been gathering experience since 2003. Still relatively young compared to some Moto Vision Racing as it was known have been toughing it out on the British and World stage with passion and dedication in the Sport we love.
2009: MVR-D having its own Team has increased business with riders Carl Nunn and James Noble heading the MX1 line up and the talented young rider Matiss Karro heading MX2 the Team looks strong. James Cottrell will contest MX2 British and a 250 2 stroke in the Fuchs Silkolene 2 stroke British Championship. Natalie Kane already 2 time Woman's British Champion will mount her defence of that crown as well as trying her Hand at a full World Championship campaign.
2011: The MVR-D team has switched brands to Honda. With the help from Route 77 Energy drink & Oneworld mx MVR-D will once again be competing in World motocross & British championships. Matiss Karro is back for his 3rd consecutive year teaming up with Sean Mitchell, Erki Kahro & Lewis Tombs.
This is our Team, we love Racing and we love Motocross. If you come to a Race say hello we are just fans lucky enough to be working in this Sport. What else is there to do on a Sunday? See you at the races.
